Unickot is a team of 7 web development professionals. For over 16 years, we have been creating modern websites for businesses across various industries (e-commerce, services, corporate websites).

Our Way
2009 - «Barbaris»
The studio starts under the name Barbaris. After each project, every client received a package with 1 kg of "Barbaris" Ukrainian candies - a small sweet ritual that clients remembered with a smile.
2011 - «Night Marathons»
We worked on major releases through the night, and a tradition was born: every midnight build came with the biggest pizza we could find in town.
2013 - «Crypto Losers»
We built a website for a client who paid us 5 Bitcoins - at the time, worth around $1,200. “Great,” you might say. “Sad,” we’d reply, because during the rally we panicked and sold them for $98 each. Since then, our investment slogan has been: “We code better than we trade.”
2015 - «Made in Ukraine»
Our first major international client. We delivered not only the finished project but also a box of Ukrainian treats - it was our first time “exporting” both code and culture.
2017 - «Rebranding»
The studio grew out of Barbaris and took on a new name - Unick Top. We kept the spirit of the early years but raised the bar for ourselves and our clients. The Barbaris candies remained as a small “Easter egg” for those who had been with us from the very beginning.
2019 - «The Strangest Project»
One client collected vintage irons and wanted a virtual museum of his collection. To us, the project seemed unusual, but it became an unexpected hit among collectors and enthusiasts.
2022 - «Code in Blackout»
During power outages, we moved meetings to cafés with generators, and one project was completed entirely on laptops by candlelight. This became our symbol of resilience.
2025 - «The Birth of Unickot»
This year we created the Unickot team - a new stage in our story that united experience, creativity, and passion for innovation. It symbolizes not just a rebrand, but the birth of a team working as a single superhero organism.
